Animation and Motion Graphics Events in PDX!
ASIFA PORTLAND Events:
On Wednesday the 13th at 8pm, Floating World Comics is putting on an 80-minute fest of experimental and psychedelic animation at Holocene, with live music by Atole and Nice Nice. Tickets are $5 advance and $7 at the door (sorry, no ASIFA discount). Check the lineup here.
At noon on Saturday the 30th, the Animation Show of Shows is returning to Cinema 21! We'll enjoy some of the best shorts of the year (as collected by Ron Diamond, whose track record for quality programs is hard to beat) and then adjourn to the McMenamins up the street to schmooze. Admission is free to the animation community and friends.

Hi All!
In case you didn't get an email about this, our Bent Image Lab talk will be on October 21st, at 5:30 PM (Portland Art Institute).
Eric Scheur & Fred Ruff will be discussing the importance of the Pipeline at Bent and the dynamics of Animators and TD's working closely together. Should be a great meeting!
